Decimal to Binary (otherwise) Converter

A C++ program with two functions.

1. Decimal to Binary
2. Binary to Decimal

Since the 1st semester has ended and we will be shifting to JAVA, I decided to make one final C++ program.

1. Decimal to Binary - Pretty much easy. My classmates, Deo and Kirvy, and I made the source code way back. I just added it here and modified it.

2. Binary to Decimal - I just figured it out last night! Yes, this one is the new one! Im so proud to present this program. I made it myself, alone! With Inah Ysabela Marie Alegre as my inspiration. :)
